It says I am supposed to put my representative's name in the comment, but I've never conversed with an actual person, only used the vending machine at entrance.
The only room for improvement was in the check in process. Otherwise, excellent.
1) One Saturday in July I received a voicemail telling me my unit was empty and asking if I had moved out. I called back within minutes because I had not emptied the unit and therefore was very concerned. The representative on the phone told me they would check but could not do that until Monday. To compound the issue, they did not call me back once the check was complete; I had to follow up. While I was able to separately verify the unit was still locked, the inability to quickly identify their mistake and lack of follow-up exacerbated a very stressful situation.
It an easy place to store your Camper & it's not hard to park it in your designated spot
2) I originally chose this location because it had staff on site and a gate that was kept closed. Neither are in place with current management. I spent the good part of a week there when we moved out in September and never saw a person from the company nor the gate closed.
The main security gate is not fixed after 9 months. Doubt any of the cameras work. Most of the markers for each parking pad have been removed so some areas are a free for all. Have literally put no money into the place since taking over.
This is a good storage facility. It's kept clean and it's in a good area.
Ultimately this facility met my needs; storing my belongings safely for a few months at a reasonable price after moving several states away. There were however a couple of issues that prevent a higher rating and prospective customers should consider.
