Guess they just lost a customer.
Have had Baldons come out several times to fix and repair previously. Had Baldon come out last week to fix a leak in our basement and the service was great! Same day service.
Nate and Jason did a great job on my condenser and a.c. coil. Nate answered my call and tested my a.c.. it needed replaced and Jason did a great job on a hot day! Thank you very much!
I agree with the other review. We have a lot of rentals and gave them a lot of work and they were good on most of the calls. We did not know they came unglued on some of our tenants. We called them to go back on one job they didn't do right and they came unglued on the tenant saying "We do not ,ale any money on these service calls. I am going to charge $800.00 for a three hour job and they will pay me for 2 service calls" When my tenant told me this I questioned them and in a tex message was told YES on all the service calls that they charged me $80.00 for they were not making any money by the time they drove in from Adel. Very very rude treating a good customer that way. I will be giving my business to Thrashers from now on.
Today we called because there is another leak just below the last leak--called and was told he would be out today. Sat at home all day waiting. 8p called to ask if he was coming-was asked why we waited till 8p to ask-and was told would be charged time and a half. Then was told he "deals with f&*king a$$holes like us all day".
