Beware the new and 'improved' Casey's! They have traded glitz and glam for poor customer service! After waiting in line for a sandwich (they make subs), I had two different employees ask if I was still waiting. When I said yes, each walked away! When I asked to see the asst. manager, the real fun began! Rather than politesse and accepting blame for the incident (they had one person making sandwiches and THREE STANDING IN THE BACK CHATTING) the asst. manager, Bobby, proceeded to blame his employees, his boss, and anything else besides admitting that they allowed 5 people to wait in line. There is a time for chatting, but it isn't while customers wait. Oh, and he lied to my face when he said none of those employees were trained for sandwiches; one of them had made me a sandwich on several occasions. Watch out for Bobby, the assistant manager who doesn't know what customer service is!
